Counselling Fees.
Each counselling session is a dedicated hour set aside just for you, a space where you can slow down, explore what's happening in your life, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself in a supportive and confidential environment.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and appointments need to be changed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. It cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice, and I have dedicated that time in my day specifically for your session.
For this reason, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full session fee of $140.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time that has been set aside for your care.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
